Processing Time
All PS5 Controller Customization orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
Domestic Shipping (US)
- Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $5.99
- Express Shipping (2-3 business days): $12.99
- Next Day Delivery: $24.99
- Free Standard Shipping: On orders over $75
International Shipping
- Canada: 7-14 business days - $15.99
- Europe: 10-21 business days - $25.99
- Asia-Pacific: 14-28 business days - $29.99
- Rest of World: 14-35 business days - $35.99
International customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes that may apply.
Order Tracking
Once your PS5 Controller Customization order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on our website or the carrier's website.
Returns Policy
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition with all tags attached and in original packaging.
Return Process

- Receive your return authorization and prepaid shipping label
- Package your items securely with the return form
- Drop off at any authorized shipping location
- Receive refund within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Items must be in original packaging
- Proof of purchase required
Non-Returnable Items
- Undergarments and bodysuits for hygiene reasons
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after 30 days
- Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your original item and place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method
- Processing time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable (except for defective items)
- Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@ps5controllercustomization.com with photos of the item and packaging. We'll provide a prepaid return label and send a replacement or full refund.
Lost Packages
If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors and household members
- Look around your delivery area (porches, mailroom, etc.)
- Contact the shipping carrier
- Wait 24-48 hours as packages are sometimes delivered late
- Contact us if you still haven't received your package
